The re-sale, use and/or distribution of any product or service purchased from Get Schnockered™ is strictly at the purchaser’s own risk and Get Schnockered™ assumes no liability. Get Schonockered™ Products Intended for Consumption of Legal Substances. By purchasing this item the purchaser warrants and represents that the purchaser fully understands and fully agrees that the products of Get Schnockered™ are intended for the consumption of legal substances through smoke inhalation. Any use of a Get Schnockered™ product is to comply fully with the local, state and federal law. Get Schnockered™ will not be held responsible if the purchaser and/or user is located in a state where these products are prohibited. Using this product to consume illegal substances through smoke inhalation is illegal and this product is not intended nor expected to be used with illegal substances. Any use of Get Schnockered’s™ products with illegal substances is considered a misuse of the product and the purchaser and/or user forfeits any legal rights against Get Schnockered™ for product defect, including but not limited to any claims of any nature, any causes of action, and any demands for injuries, damages or other liabilities such as the following non-exhaustive claims: claims for damages to property, claims for physical injuries, claims for psychological injuries, claims for mental anguish or impairment, or claims for wrongful death which could have been made in the past, present or future against Get Schnockered™.

Get Schnockered™ Assumes No Liability. Purchaser agrees that Get Schnockered™ assumes no liability and is released from any claims of any nature, any causes of action, and any demands for injuries damages or other liabilities by the purchaser, user or an interested third party, including but not limited to claims for damages to property, claims for physical or psychological injuries, claims for mental anguish or impairment, or claims for wrongful death, which have been made or could have been made in the past, or might be made in the future against Get Schnockered™ due to any application or use of any Get Schnockered™ product by the purchaser or by anyone else, regardless of whether such applications, uses and/or damages were intended or unintended, or foreseeable or unforeseeable. The purchaser expressly waives any rights they may have under the provisions of any state or federal law providing in substance that releases shall not extend to either claims, damages, or injuries which are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time they are released.

Purchaser and/or User Assumes All Risk Associated with Use of Get Schnockered™ Products. Use of Get Schnockered’s™ products with alcohol may result in quick elevations in blood alcohol levels, and intoxication may occur more quickly than without the use of this product. This reaction may cause several health problems and in some extreme cases cause death. The user is responsible for engaging in the risk that comes with this use of Get Schnockered’s™ product. In addition, smoke inhalation is dangerous and may causes several health problems, including but not limited to, physical injury, psychological injury, mental incapacity, and/or death. The purchaser and/or user of Get Schnockered’s™ products acknowledges the product’s risks and such purchaser and/or buyer assumes total responsibility for the effect use of this product may have on the purchaser and/or user. Get Schnockered™ does not advocate or condone the misuse, underage use, or illegal use of its products. The products offered by Get Schnockered™ have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or any other government agency and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
